Who We Are

Hi there, thank you for stopping in! We are Dennis and Mallory Carlton from Smallwood Farms in Okanogan, WA. Both of us were born and raised in sunny Okanogan and we are now raising our three children in this amazing community. Our farm and fruitstand are fourth generation family owned and operated, founded by Dennis’s grandparents, G.A. and Jean Smallwood. We took the reins in 2002 and have continued to grow and diversify our business. We are passionate about farming (it’s in our blood), and the food we produce! We work hard to grow, pick and pack sweet tasting, high quality fruit and vegetables. Check out our products page to learn more about the varieties we grow. Since we are a small farm and business, we each wear several hats in this operation. You can usually find Dennis in the orchard or on a piece of equipment and Mallory in the fruitstand, where we offer a full service espresso bar and restaurant!
